So I dried off and came home to finish the last two papers of this degree. I finished the 30-pager last week (which ended up being more like 40 pages). However, these two papers proved muoy challenging because this professor is fond of "upper" word limits. He'll ask us to describe the factors of this economic recession or the state of ethics in America (or some other ambiguous topic) in 1000 words or less. That's tough! You have to get the biggest effect from each word and I cannot tell you how many times I used the "word count" function of Word! However, they're finished and to celebrate, Jack and I are visiting my folks, SkyBlue and Lou tonight. I think margaritas are in store...for me, for having finished, and for them, for putting up with me and my stress!
P.S. I would like to personally thank Yoshi and Nurse Starbucks, for their motivation and encouragement today. Yoshi threatened me via text and Nurse Starbucks emailed me, telling me to "write like a champion" today. THAT was awesome and I made a mental note of that tagline! Thanks!
P.P.S. Aren't the rollerblading nuns COOL? I saw this and cracked up!
