Expensing a Shake

I was approving a stack of my staff's expense reports and found one from an employee who does not submit many reports. Curious about her expenditures, I found that the report detailed her roundtrip mileage to an off site class I remembered approving. Always thorough, she also included a copy of the mileage she printed off from Google maps.

I flipped through the map and something caught my eye....the "to" location was a McDonald's (rather than the university to which she was headed). I fought the urge to ask her how the Shamrock Shake was!

I've been repeatedly enforcing the importance of prompt reporting of expenses for all my staff. They are now compliant.

...But I forgot to submit my own expense report!
