So I was among the walking dead today. Do you ever have days when you truly do not wake up until two or three in the afternoon? That was me today. It took a conscious effort, every moment, to be "on" and cheerful today. It was exhausting! I also think my body was trying to pull some sort of stress let-down maneuver and I told it that it needs to hang in there. I'm not even finished with my stress, c'mon! My friend and roommate from Ireland, Bewley, told me long ago that the successful people are the ones who can push through yuck like this. So I'm trying to let the "wind" hone my character and strength today. *#(@&$%!
