The house closed! Jack and I are no longer bound to SB!
It took three sales contracts, two home inspections, two appraisals...
...and a partridge in a cherry tree.
(We don't have a pear tree...only a weeping cherry!)
Thank you to everyone for your kind concern while we fought this huge and emotionally-exhausting battle. I just didn't want to pay another month's mortgage on an empty house!
Oh, and a special kudos to St. Joseph, who will need to be retrieved from the back yard by my mother!
